The house consists of workshops where different businesses are housed.

In the house there is a gold & silversmith, a barber/masseur, a textile artist, a writer, an illustrator, yoga, health care, an audiologist, a carpentry, a weaving shop, a fur shop and a floor grindery.

The house has a banquet room, "Sjövinden", that is rented to individuals, companies, associations and others. You can rent the room for weddings, meetings, parties, conferences, exhibitions, music and cultural arrangements. Projector and sound system can be rented with the room.
